Milton Keynes

The Besom in Milton Keynes has been running since April 2006, and aims to help those who have time, money, things and skills give to those in need within the community.

Over the past year small groups and individuals have been involved in projects which include house tidying and re-decorating, as well as passing on many items of furniture and electrical goods, all of which are of the highest quality and in full working order.

We believe we are here to serve local churches to help those in need in our community and through these simple acts of kindness peoples' lives are changed.

How you can be involved

A member from any church in the Milton Keynes area can be involved on an individual basis or as part of a group by:
· Joining the weekly prayer meeting
· Sorting, washing and ironing clothes
· Giving time and skills for projects
· Giving money
· Giving good quality items of clothing, furniture and white goods
· Helping to collect and deliver items using the Besom van

Collections & deliveries by the van are alternate Saturdays & mid-week. We can be contacted Mon-Fri 9am-5pm on the Besom phone no: 07891 015 442
